Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Aniibiish Herbal is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@aniibiish.shop within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information in order to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside of our control. While we will do our best to assist with tracking and carrier claims, Aniibiish Herbal cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns

Because our products are food items intended for consumption, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the safety, quality, and integrity of our products.
