Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aniibiish.shop. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
