Inspired by Northern forest traditions, this deep ruby infusion brings together tart, fruit-forward botanicals with soft floral notes. Bright yet grounding, it’s a blend many reach for during slower, more inward moments of the cycle.

Flavour Profile
Tart and refreshing with a cranberry-like brightness, softened by gentle floral notes.
Lightly tangy from sumac and rosehips, with a smooth chamomile finish.

Botanicals

• Sumac (Bakwana’tig)
  Traditionally gathered across Anishinaabe territories as both food and medicine. Known for its bright, tangy flavour and naturally occurring vitamin C, it forms the vibrant base of this infusion.
• Rosehips
  The fruit of the wild rose is often included in herbal blends for its rich antioxidant profile. Adds body and a soft, rounded tartness.
• Chamomile
  A delicate, floral herb traditionally associated with calming rituals. Brings warmth and softness to balance the brighter berry notes.

Preparation
Add 1–2 teaspoons to hot water just off the boil.
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes for full flavour and colour.
Enjoy warm, or let cool for a refreshing iced infusion.
